To get the best out of RTV we highly recommend the following setup:
VIEWING DEVICE
Amazon Firestick, either 4K, MAX, CUBE, TV version. (Not the standard non 4k version).
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT
If using a Firestick we also recommend the Amazon Firestick Ethernet adaptor. This will give you a direct connection to your router and the best possible connection.
If you don't have your router close to the Firestick but would like a direct ethernet connection, we recommend PowerLine plugs. These plug into a mains power socket (one by your router, the other nearer the Firestick) and you can connection your Firestick to ethernet cable via these plugs.
VIEWING APPS
We have apps available for the Firestick (OPTIMA or VP2) and install and setup information is available in this knowledgebase.
RECOMMENDED INTERNET SPEEDS
For uninterrupted access, we recommend a minimum download speed of 20mb for single connections. 40mb for multi hosting packages.
